Patient 3 Stacked DIEP
These photographs show a patient with right breast cancer treated with chemotherapy, requiring right mastectomy. Her goal was to reconstruct the right breast as close as possible to the original. She wanted to maintain her right breast a little bigger than the left because that is how it had always been. She chose stacked (double) DIEP flaps for a natural feeling right breast reconstruction with little maintenance.

Below is the woman 6 months after right nipple sparing mastectomy and right breast stacked DIEP Flap reconstruction. The abdominal scar will fade more at 1 year point.
