These photographs are of a woman with left breast cancer and double mastectomies and DIEP flap breast reconstruction. The woman was newly diagnosed with left breast cancer and had a family history of breast cancer. The woman opted for bilateral mastectomies. Her goal was the most natural reconstruction with the least maintenance because of her active life.
